*perceived importance of the exercise is low =       motivation is low = lower calorie burning      *perceived importance of the exercise is high =       motivation higher = high calorie burning Well anger can be motivation and result in higher calorie burning. So take that! :stab: Gwa. Too many words. And too many equations. My BMR, BMI, DCN, THR. And I still have to figure out for myself how much bloody protein I really need. And how little fat grams I can get away with? Do I really neeeed those. Or any of it. :blackrose:
